Shipping Policies

All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada. Orders are also charged in Canadian Dollars

Within Canada:
All Canadian orders will be charged provincial tax rates.. All orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Parcels are shipped Expedited Parcel via Canadapost and can take 3-7 business days to arrive. Tracking numbers will be sent via email from info@earthsberries.com. You can track your order through www.canadapost.ca.

For the USA:
All orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. When orders are shipped, you will receive an email from info@earthsberries.com that contains your tracking number.

All packages are shipped USA Expedited Parcel and can take 5-10 business days, and will be given a tracking number. Orders can be traced through www.canadapost.ca and also through www.usps.com,once it has entered the USA. Please note that the 250g package is quite costly to ship, please contact us if you would like it shipped surface mail.

Please take into account that some parcels will get held up in customs, Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for packages returned to us for a wrong address.
